The main Hall is approximately 130m² and suitable for up to:
100 people if standing for discos etc.
80 people for stated Banquet style
The small side room is approximately 15m² and suitable for between 6 and 12 people.
Parking is very limited at the Centre we can accommodate between 5 and 8 cars. Road side parking is also limited but may be used.
For larger events additional parking may be possible if prior arranged in the Primary School car park subject to separate permission from Bardney Church of England & Methodist Primary School
Yes, there are a number tables and chairs.
Please nominate someone to take overall charge of your event/reception. We will brief this person on the usage of the Hall so they know how to operate the equipment. This might be your caterer if they are going to be on-site at all times.
Smoking and vaping is not permitted on the grounds. Please create a designated smoking area away from the building. All cigarette ends must be disposed of, there is a cigarette bin fixed to the fence by the main gate.
A member of staff with meet you before and after the paid hire times. Please allow for time for the purpose of setting up and packing away/cleaning in your booked time. Any music must finish by the agreed end time for your event, normally no later than 21:00 at full volume. and 23:30 for all music.
There are a few items which may be available for small events. Otherwise, you are expected to bring all your own equipment, including table linen, and remove it at the end of the event.
Once the event is over it is your responsibility to ensure that the centre is left in the same condition it was supplied. You must remove all your rubbish and recycling. Our bins may not be used as they are needed for our community events.
No, electricity is included in the hire cost.
